Abstract
A nation's primary objective is education, and a well-educated population leads to a well-functioning society. Teachers are frequently portrayed as the primary driving force in the field of education with the greatest number, and they are then expected to advance the field. Despite the fact that they frequently receive unfair treatment, teachers have extremely demanding educational responsibilities. This qualitative study uses data from a literature review. The problems of planning, procuring, placing, fostering, or developing the assessment and dismissal of educational staff in a cooperative system to achieve educational goals and realize the actual function of the school are related to the management of educational staff, which is an integral series of activities.
