Generation Z and Millennials are often perceived to have significant differences in areas such as work, lifestyle, perspectives, and technology. However, in reality, there are similarities between the two that we need to understand to get a more complete picture of these generational cohorts.

First, Generation Z, born in the 1990s to 2010, and Millennials (1980-1990) both lived in an era of rapid technological development. Although Gen Z is considered closer to technology, both generations enjoy increasingly advanced and modern technology. Second, both Gen Z and Millennials have multitasking abilities. The rapid development of technology makes it easy for both to access information quickly, allowing them to handle two to three tasks simultaneously. Third, the speed at which they can obtain a wide range of information on social and individual issues makes both generations more aware of problems, whether related to climate, economy, or mental health. They can delve into in-depth information on research, global issues, news, and various perspectives within seconds. Additionally, easy access to scheduling, payments, and meeting with psychologists makes them more aware of individual issues they may be experiencing.

In short, technological changes play a crucial role in shaping the attitudes and characteristics of both Millennials and Generation Z.
