BTS Fans Raise Funds Through The Remedy Art Exhibition in Jakarta

To celebrate BTS 9th birthday, the Senyum Army Community presented an art exhibition "Remedy" at Plaza Indonesia, Central Jakarta. This exhibition was held from 6th June - 4th August with concept inspired by the BTS album Map Of The Soul.

The exhibition presents contemporary art installations, paintings and videos into 11 room names with different song titles and meanings such as Persona, Boy With Luv, Mikrokosmos, etc, and visitors are given 2.5 hours to walk around there. There are also shoes specially designed for BTS during the "Black Swan" performance, which is expected to be a special gift for ARMY anniversary on 9th July.

In addition to entertaining the ARMY, the Senyum Army Community also collaborated with UNICEF Indonesia to raise funds through the BTS (Back To School) Children campaign program to help Indonesian children receive education due to the impact of COVID-19. In the future, the Senyum Army Community is committed to being more serious about raising funds in order to support the development of children in Indonesia.

The founder of the Senyum Army Community, Selly Wilson, said that the exhibition was held to Speak Yourself for the younger generation as RM voiced during the 2018 UN general assembly speech, "find your name and find your voice by speaking yourself". The Remedy exhibition received a lot of positive responses from visitors, one of them is named Ismi Annisa, "the exhibition was really fun, especially in the Mikrokosmos room, there are many planets, stars, and a beautiful blue sky. Actually this is a fun activity to hangout with friends", she said.

Visiting the "Remedy" Exhibition could be an option to spend a weekend in Jakarta. There are 4 types of time slots that visitors can choose, namely Slot 1 (10.30 - 13.00 WIB), Slot 2 (13.30 - 16.00 WIB), Slot 3 (16.00 - 18.30 WIB), and Slot 4 (18.30 - 21.00 WIB) to prevent the spread of Covid-19. A minimum of 1 people per booking is required, entrance fee IDR 225.000 per person on weekend and IDR 200.000 on weekday, mark your calendar and create your moments with them.
