Basically, being an educator is a big responsibility. We are required to have the ability to organize our teaching materials to be more easily digested by students and also fun for them. In this article, I will discuss ways we can achieve our goal of teaching English writing skills in an easy and fun way. Such as :

1. See the improvement of student writing as our responsibility as teachers.

Teaching writing is not just an English major's job. Writing is an important tool for studying the discipline and helping students improve their writing skills is the responsibility of all faculty.

2. Tell students that we, as teachers, value good writing.

Emphasize the importance of clear, tactful writing. Faculty who tell students that good writing will be rewarded and bad writing will be punished receive better essays than instructors who make no such demands. In the syllabus, on the first day, and throughout the term, remind students that they should try their best to express themselves on paper. Support your statements with comments on early assignments that show you mean it, and your students will respond.

3. Give short writing exercises regularly in our class.

To vary the pace of lecture courses, ask students to write for a few minutes during class. A mix of in-class writing, outside writing assignments, and open-ended exams will give students the practice they need to improve their skills.

4. Provide guidance during the writing process.

After we have created the assignment, discuss the value of the outline and notes, explain how to select and narrow topics, and critique first drafts, also define plagiarism.

5. Don't feel as though we have to read and grade every student's writing.

Ask students to analyze each other's work during class, or ask them to critique their work in small groups. Students will learn what they write to think more clearly, not to score. Keep in mind, you can collect student papers and skim through their work.
