A healthy lifestyle is necessary for someone who is called a human. But some are neglected their responsibility that given from god for them. They keep destroying the most valuable gift called health.  Basically there are several ways to start your day healthier. First, start your day with breakfast, because breakfast is one way to keep your body from being weak or lethargic until lunch. Second, put a little time for exercise into the schedule daily so that you can keep your body fit. Third, try to consume fruits so that the body can get a complete nutritional intake and try not to eat fast food.
