The education system these day have problems in producing talented generation. In my opinion, thats true that education system ini Indonesia does not prepare students to enter the world of work. Somecompanies use soft skills as another factor to determine success at work. Unfortunately, schools often focus on theory and hard skills. Schools rarely teach soft skills. Students seek their own soft skills knowledge. This education system must begin to change little by little. The more quality of education increases the better quality of our human resource. Even President Joko Widodo asked the edcation of Australia, Finland, Germany, and South Korea to become a benchmark for education in Indonesia, quoted from Liputan6.com. This is done to see the development of these countries which can produce excellent students. Hopefully, in this way Indonesian education can produce quality students who are ready to face the world of work in the future.
