Beef Stroganov

Salah satu resep menaklukan hati mertua, suami dan Bos adalah  pandai memasak. Saya bagikan resep westren food yang baru kupraktekan semalem, resep saya peroleh dari Siuce.  Yukk simak resep memasak daging sapi enak dan lezat.

  • 300 grams beef fillet
  • 1 teaspon paprika
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 300 grams white button mushroom, sliced
  • 1 oxo beef  broth cube
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon brandy (bisa tak memakainya)
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon italian parshley, chopped. 
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

 

Butter Fettuccine

  • 240 grams fettuccine ( Sejenis mie spaggetti)
  • 20 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon choped chives
  • Salt to taste

 

Method

  1. Cut the beef into 0.5 cm thick strips and season with salt and pepper
  2. In a pan, heat a pan until smoking hot  with 2 tablespoon oil. Fry the beef until just cooked, remove quickly and keep on one side
  3. In the same pan, add more oil if necessary and saute the sliced onion until soft. Add also mushroom and paprika. Sprinkle with brandy and leave to cook out.
  4. Add oxo cube and water, bring to boil and cook  for 5 minutes over low heat
  5. Addsour cream and Dijon mustrad, stirr well. Continue cooking for 5 minutes
  6. Return the beef strips to the sauce and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
  7. To prepare the butter fettuccine, cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and mix with chilled butter and chives. Season with salt and serve with beef stroganov
