Mood swing is a change in one's mood. This condition is usually characterized by emotional changes which are the body's reaction to the environment or a situation.Several mood swing factors, usually caused by changes in a person's mood that change easily can be a sign of a certain mental disorder in a person.Factors sych as personality, stress, weather, social activity,lck of sleep,hormonal changes.

Mood also has varians types such as lable mood, empty mood,hypothymic mood, dysphotic mood, and eutymic mood.

      Then what causes the mood swings experienced by many people? The causes of mood swings can be different between men and women. In women, mood swings are usually caused by hormonal changes that occur during menstruation, jealousy with a partner, or certain foods. Whereas in men, mood swings are more caused by lifestyle factors. Apart from that, some common factors that can cause mood swings are lack of sleep, hormonal changes, and certain medications.

Lack of sleep is one of the factors that causes mood swings, because if we rest with messy sleeping hours, then we can't wake up refreshed. This is what triggers mood swings such as irritability, or irritability.

Hormonal changes are a factor in causing mood swings. This condition is usually more experienced by women when entering the menstrual cycle. In addition, pregnancy and menopause can also cause drastic changes in hormone levels which can also affect mood.

Certain medications,mood swing are a common side effect of high doses of steroids. If you drink it, you mau become more irritable than usual, even making it difficult to sleep. Than can make your mood worse.Because, maybe there is a relationship between your mood and these drugs.

How to deal with mood swings? something you can do to overcome mood swings,evercise make sure you get enough sleep everyday,consume healthy and nutritionally balanced foods,and avoid sweet,alcohol,and caffeine,talk to people you trust.
