At the beginning of the conversation via WhatsApp, the perpetrator promised not to share the video and the victim always refused to make a video call when the perpetrator asked for it.
When it was time to meet between the victim and the perpetrator, the victim waited at a hotel at 10 PM, but until 1 AM the perpetrator didn't come.
The victim finally returned home, and was still waiting for news until the next day. At 3 PM the next day, the perpetrator sent a message that he had gone home and that night he did not come because he was investigated by the police because he was considered to be carrying prohibited items.
