Flood disaster in Indonesia

Flood is one of natural disasters that frequently hits Indonesia , particularly Jakarta. It makes every street , houses , and other public facilities drowned by dirty water. It is caused by the citizens who always toss away their waste carelessly. The slum area which is located on the riverbanks can also clog the river water flow.
Few other reasons why Jakarta regularly deals with flood are it's citizens often too lazy to clean and drain their conduit , unpredictable weather , and deforestation.
These days , people are too busy to care about the condition of Jakarta. They don't care that the city is so dirty and there are trash everywhere. They are too busy to clean the water gutters and rivers that are mainly clogged by household and factory waste. In addition , the unpredictable weather can also trigger flood that cause the spread of disease , some of those disease can lead to death. The reduced number of trees can also be the supporting factor that causes flood.
Eventhough Jakarta deals with flood every year , the citizens still don't care. They even toss away their waste more carelessly. They also always blame the government. They think that the government can't take a good care of the capital city. They don't realize that it is all caused by them. Flood will always hit Jakarta every year if there is no awareness from the citizens themselves. They have to stop tossing their waste carelessly , start cleaning the conduits and rivers , and also trying to plant as much trees as possible.
