Tehnical Support/Assistant Manager for ATM Software
Job descriptions:
- Technical negotiation with Indonesian local banks, business partners (on Sales, System integration, Software, After-sales service(maintenance)) In Indonesia
- Overall technical support for ATM software developed by HOTS Japan software development group for Indonesian financial institutes, that includes ATM setup (install and patch software), ATM demonstration, Pre-sales technical supports that include SIT/UAT and post-sales technical supports that include log data collection and first error sorting etc, Local software customization
- Overall technical support for ATM hardware and software, that includes analysis of ATM failure, finding root-cause of failure, instruction for CE to recover from failure, quality report for Banks
- Management of spare parts logistics, that includes collection of damaged parts from CE, supply of new/repaired parts to CE, inventory of spare parts
- Periodical reporting to HOTS Japan
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree fo Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, around 30 years old
- Skill/Experience : 3 years minimum
- Mandatory Conditions: Technical skill based on Mechanism or Programming, PC skill, English conversation/reading/writing, knowledge of Indonesian banking industry, Communication skill, healthy body & cheerful and positive personality
- Necessary Conditions: Japanese conversation, knowledge of ATM
