Introduction
My name is aurora rachel parvita with the status of a student at darussalam gontor university campus c who will review a journal with the title "GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MAPPING FLOWS OF SPIRITS IN PUDAK DISTRICT PONOROGO WEBSITE-BASED" with the name of the journal author Ahmad Fauzan, Faisal Reza Pradhana, Taufiqurrahman. Which was published in 2021. This research aims to present information about the flow of mysticism in Pudak District, Ponorogo Regency, which has six villages, namely Bareng, Pudakkulon, Pudakwetan, Krisik, Tambang, and Banjarejo Villages.
Summary
One of the consequences of the lack of knowledge is the expulsion of students during a real work study in Pudak Subdistrict because the students did not know the customs of the existing kebatinan flow. The model used in the development of this system is waterfall model, waterfall method is done sequentially starting from system requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system can display the coordinates of the villages in Pudak sub-district and show the type of mysticism in the village and the number of adherents. The testing was carried out through two stages, first the system functionality test showed that all functions and flow of the system run as expected, followed by the distribution of questioners to prospective users who obtained 89.3% of the results said they were satisfied with the web media that had been designed.
However, in fact, many people are not aware of the existence of these sects so that they are less considered as one of the cultural assets of the Indonesian nation.
