That all is going to be good. The trees,

The air, animals, the stones, oceans and

Humans, everything.

It’s just the tired old world, playing its

First and last Danse Macabre.

Ah, this immense pain,

Loss and misery among us.

If only just for a moment...

Then I will be sure that

All is going to be whole

And pure again.

I could be certain that in this world,

Hope perseveres, and every thinkable pain

Subsides in perfect time.
