Have you ever felt like a stranger to yourself? You pay a lot of attention to other people's behavior, but when someone asks about yourself, it feels incredibly difficult to answer. You even struggle with simple questions like what your strengths are or what you want to do in the future. In the end, you choose to be like someone else you consider great until you forget who you want to be.

Getting to know yourself is a simple thing that has a big impact. After getting to know yourself, you will love yourself more, have a sense of purpose in life, and even discover your potential. In the future, your life will feel easier, and the pressure within you will decrease a bit. By knowing yourself, you will find it easier to determine where your path will lead in the future. You will stop comparing yourself to others because you know that you also have potential.

It might seem difficult, but actually getting to know yourself is quite easy. Here are some tips to get to know yourself:

1. Identify and Understand Your Strengths and Weaknesses

Sometimes, your strengths and weaknesses stem from the things you enjoy or dislike. Identify things you consider strengths and weaknesses within yourself. Note at least 5 of each and begin to understand them. This can be the starting point to uncovering your potential.

2. Observe Your Areas of Expertise and Areas That Need Improvement

Once you know what you excel at and where you need improvement, you'll gain insight into your interests and talents. It's okay if you excel in only a few areas; there's no need to force yourself. Focus on what you're passionate about.

3. Start Being Honest with Yourself

Getting to know yourself means accepting everything within you and how you perceive yourself. There's no need to hide anything from yourself or reject aspects that don't meet your expectations. Acknowledge what makes you uncomfortable, and don't force yourself for too long.

4. Listen to Your Inner Voice
