Economic Growth/Pinterst

Economic growth leads to an increase in a country's production within a certain period of time. This increase must be constant over a period of time that is not just short. Economic increases usually appear in long-term calculations that contain many periods, perhaps tens of years. If an area has an increase in for a period of one year, then in the following year there is a decline, so this cannot be said to be economic growth.

One of the main aspects of a country's economic growth is the unemployment rate of the people of that country. Unemployment in large numbers will lead to a decline in the country's production and can hinder the economic growth that is being pursued. However, having a job does not mean you can escape the threat of poverty. Improper work will actually increase poverty rates and hamper the economic growth that is being pursued.

Decent work can have an impact on the social life of the community. A good social life in society can encourage significant economic growth. A job can be said to be worthy if it fulfills the following aspects:

1. Fair wages.

Fair wages ensure that workers can meet their needs and live a decent life.

2. Development opportunities.

Decent work is at least mandatory to facilitate workers to improve their soft skills and hard skills, this can improve their qualifications and can increase social mobility.

 3. Guarantee of job security.

Decent work does not only protect the safety of its workers but it must also include social protection for workers.
