Every one of us has misrepresented the meaning of leadership and leader. We often see or interpret the title/position as a leader, but not in function as leader. If he has the position, then he is the leader. He the one who is in charge to solve everything. Even the worst is when you are the one who make the problem, but you point other to solve that.
We always forget that each of us is the leader and in charge in every single part of our circumstances and conditions around us.
Leadership is not the title or position you have, you do not need to wait to have position, to do a changing in your life. Leadership is a function. Many times we see the position of leader doesn't work at all. Why? Because the man in the position doesn't function as leader. why we say leader? Because we need a movement in one right path, that's why leader is a function, not a platform.
Imagine this, when each of us bring a right changing in our circumstance and condition, how successful our country is, right?
From now on, be the leader of changing. Be functional. Do the right thing to do, help the platform leader to change your country, city, office or family, at least you do that in prayer. Stop arguing and mocking the authority above you, help them, just do it.
