One day,there were two farmers lived at a small village. They had a daughter,called Daisy. Every day they worked hard to fill all their needs and returned at afternoon.
Their daughter,Daisy was a lazy girl. She always plaid with her friends every day. She never helped her parents in home.
Someday,her parents went home from the garden and their were so tired. Her mother asked a help to Daisy,
“ Daisy,come here please…my daughter ! can you take me a glass of water to drink?”,
“ I can’t Mom, I will go to the Maria’s house… she has a new doll”, answered Daisy running a way out of house leaving her mother.
Her mother was so sad to see that their daughter was so lazy. Daisy never swept the floor until just to take a glass of water for her mother she refused.Then ,they got a solution from their neighbour for the problem and they agree to try it.
When Daisy and her mother went to the shop,some mothers conversed with her mother,” you know,Mrs? We have a little fairy in our home..we are so happy,because our home is always clean. The little fairy help us,she is so kind and diligent..”,they said.
Daisy listened to their conversation well. She had a wish to have a little fairy such them. And asked to her mother after going home,”mom…how to get a little fairy to help us like all people said in the shop?”,
Her mother though for a while and answered,”they get the little fairy from an old grandpa who lives in the forest”.
Daisy was quiet and then she wished to go to the forest to see the old grand father.
In the next day,Daisy went to the forest to meet him. After she arrived,she greeted him out of the door and a voice answered her greeting from the inside,” owh… a cute little girl come to my place”, the old grand father said.
“ excuse me ,Grandpa ! I come here to ask something”, Daisy said.
“ what is it?”,
“ I want to have a little fairy like people have,to help us in home…”,she explained.
“ all right my Grand daughter,let’s go to the pond,over there !”,he told.
“ we can get the fairy there ?”,she asked curiously.
“ya ,..”,
then the grand father showed to the bright water in the pond,” look at the water…you will find the fairy there!”. Daisy obeyed grandpa’s order and looked at the water,but she found nothing except a shadow of her self.
“ grandpa… I find nothing”,she told.
“ my grand daughter..the fairy is like what you see in the water”,replied grandfather.
“ but I see my self…”,
“ ya ! you are the little fairy. You will be the kind little fairy who always help your parents. They will become so happy to have a a fairy who helps them everyday…”.
After that,Daisy went home. She was aware that what people told was about their daughters who helped them and the kind little fairy was their daughters.
Finally,Daisy was changed. She was being a diligent girl and she was being the kind little fairy for her parents in home. They were so happy and said thank to Allah for this.
