Ironic! Amid a rapid fast advanced technology, 26 billion people remain Illiterate

2.6 billions people are left behind of advanced technology, most of them are located in developing countries. (15/24) 

Abdullah Alswaha, Saudi Arabia's Minister of information and Technology, remarked if we stay away from those who have inadequate access to the latest digital technology, humanity is fragile to accelerate further in the post-archaic era. 

He argued "shape innovative internet governance and support a prosperous and sustainable digital future for the benefit of humanity".

Running multilateral platform can shape and cut left behind-generations from technology illiteracy. 

Antonio Guterres also says that internet governance forums in Riyadh is capable to cultivate inclusive and equitable digital future that can unlock future generations potentials. 

"Unlocking this potential for all people requires guardrails, and collaborative approach to governance, " He stated
