Bangladesh Conflict: Here is the Brief Explanation

Bangladesh has experienced a horrendous internal conflict that contributes the death of 150 students. The students have protested with the government policy that has restricted the quota of being a civil servant as mentioned by the official bangladesh report that 30% quotas must be appointed to bangladeshi people who has enormous influence with bangladesh independency (24/07).

Raya(illustrated name) the student of BRAC private university said"the cops attacked the students by tear gas shells at 11:30 AM. at that time, several students took and threw it away to the police". The represif action done by the police caused hundreds of students deaths in bangladesh. the internet shutdown also constructs a horrific situation in bangladesh.

"What is unfolding in Bangladesh is deeply unsettling for a generation that only asked for a fair opportunity in public service recruitment" added remark by Saad Hammadi, which is a freedom of speech advocate with the Canada-based Balsillie School of International Affairs.

he policy is very unfair because it will sacrifice an opportunity for the bangladeshi people whom their parent are not a part of an independency soldier of Bangladesh. the discrimination policy made by bangladesh government is offcially violate the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) in the Article 2(1): 

"Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present Covenant, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status",  this agreement is recognized by bangladesh with the status of Accession.
