Harming others is unacceptable to anyone, especially those with good morals (Akhlaq). When we talk about Akhlaq we talk about something that non-existence comes from within. we were raised with it since childhood but the different things here are we are on the right path with good morals neither no. Will we imagine that we have good morals as the prophet Muhammed has with Allah's testimony in Surat Al-Qalam (And indeed you are of a great moral character)? We will adopt those morals and how they will affect our daily lives at the same time as those morals are reflected in our organizations, society, and the state as a whole.

In the context of Akhlaq, the organization should foster fairness, integrity, and also an environment of mutual respect. That means giving them the same stipend regardless of their gender, race, or status. It is also possible for the organization to be an effective element in society by promoting morals in its environment by providing training and education to employees and partnering with schools and communities to make them aware of the Akhlaq.

Living in a peaceful and fair society will provide us with trust, fairness, and integrity and those good morals will make our relationships perfect further strengthening ties and order in society. Morals in society are a kind of acting and interactions around us for example if someone is a poor driver and is speeding 100 KM in front of a school which is completely wrong, it is fair here to give him a speeding ticket even if he is poor to preserve the safety of society. In addition, living in a moral society will reduce crime rates and rule-breaking because they know that even if they do it there is still legal justice.

Iceland has the lowest crime rate and social justice in the world but how does Iceland get all of those things? of course, it's because adopting the concept of morality such as mutual respect and social responsibility. Their welfare system depends on the moral obligation to help others. In addition, when we talk about morals in the state of course we talk about individual morals in government or on business and how those lead society to get peace because of their morals it is so significant to the state as a representative to the state. Good morals require equal and human treatment of social groups. this upholds their dignity and welfare within the state.

Having good morals is very important for people, companies, and countries. Good morals mean doing the right thing - like being honest, caring about others, and treating people fairly. In Islam, this is called "Akhlaq". When people show good morals, communities become better places to live. Individuals who are truthful and helpful make companies more ethical through their work. Companies can also choose to follow moral rules on their own, so good morals create good societies at all levels. Following Islamic ethics like the prophets did can guide everyone toward justice, kindness, and harmony between all people. Having good personal morality spreads goodness, just like how bad deeds can hurt many too. This is why morals are so important in Islam - they make life better when practiced every day and everywhere.
