Usually, the account owner doesn't use their real identity. Therefore, most secound accounts use photos, names, biodata, even usernames that seem more general and aren't related to the identity of the original account owner.

Having a second account is really needed for some people, because they have certain reasons to make them more comfortable. As long as it doesn't harm other people, you are free to create a second account as you wish.
