Humans are essentially one of Allah SWT's most noble creations, created in the condition of ahsanu taqwim, which is the best of creation and subjugates nature and its contents. Allah created humans and the noble tasks they perform. One of the most important roles in human existence is that of a caliph on Earth.
Many verses explain the three views of man, including one mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 30:
"And [remember] when your Lord said to the angels, "I am going to appoint a vicegerent on earth." They said, "Will You appoint on it someone who will spread corruption therein and shed blood, while we glorify You with Your praises and proclaim Your holiness?" He said, "I know that which you do not know."
Al-Zamakhshari associated the word khafilah in the verse with Prophet Adam (peace be upon him), as he was the first human being created to replace the previous creatures, the Jinn[1]. Another interpretation associates the word khafilah in the verse with Prophet Adam (peace be upon him), who represented Allah swt. in enforcing His sharia, the postulates of monotheism, and the laws of Allah swt. to His creatures (al-Jauzi, 'Ali bin Muh|ammad. 1422.H p. 50).

Understanding how the role of caliph is similar to that of a leader in an organization. So organizing is one of the ways we can hone our skills as leaders. The leader is an important component in many organizations because leader charged with the responsibility of leading, embracing, nurturing, and setting an example for the members. It is fitting for Muslim leaders to reflect the morals of our role model leader, the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This why Islam considers organizations to be beneficial. Apart from being based on a deeply rooted ideology and a positive organizational culture, it does not rule out the possibility that by organizing, we can preach to convey Islamic values in all aspects of life.
Â
Leaders in an organization will be the epicenter for a group to behave; if we want to know how a country is, look at the leader; similarly, in an organization, the leader will be a reflection or face of the direction of its movement. As a result, it matters most for a leader to have good morals, commendable morals, and ethics. So how can one become a good leader? Is it the leader who speaks wisely, or is he the one who follows through on what he says? But there is no need to look far for the ideal size of a leader; the Prophet SAW exemplified it with his four noble morals, which are described below.
Â
First thing first is that the leader maintain honesty. Honesty is a quality that reflects the attitudes and actions of someone who is honest, trustworthy, and committed to moral and ethical values. Honesty entails providing accurate and reliable information while avoiding deception or cheating. Along with not lying, cheating, or stealing, honesty also entails being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere. Honesty is an important quality for a leader because it helps to build strong relationships and ensure that goals and missions are met effectively. Aside from that, an honest leader is likely to be respected and honored because he or she works with complete trust.
