I-O Psychology is the study of how individuals and groups behave within organizations and workplaces. - Organizational Psychology: This area centers on enhancing the well-being of employees within the workplace. It addresses issues like employee attitudes, motivation, job satisfaction, stress management, leadership, and organizational culture. The goal is to create a positive work environment that promotes both individual and organizational success.
