During the COVID-19 pandemic, distance learning was implemented to help schools continue to run as they should.  Even though distance learning is a new thing in the field of education, teachers and students are required to get used to it.  Many opinions have arisen regarding distance learning considering that there are definitely advantages and disadvantages to the distance learning process.
 The advantage of distance learning is that it saves time and effort.  Teachers and students do not have to come to school to be able to do learning.  In addition, distance learning also introduces us to the importance of following technological developments.  Without distance learning, we will not explore technology which turns out to have many features that can be applied for educational purposes.

 Does distance learning just go smoothly?  It turns out that there are many disadvantages of distance learning that students and teachers complain about.  One of them is the inefficient learning because it is very dependent on signals.  Not all students and teachers always have a good internet signal, so it is not uncommon in the learning process that many students cannot understand the material properly due to signal interference.

 From the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, it can be judged that everyone is required by circumstances to be 'technology literate' so as not to be left behind by the progress of the times.  Meanwhile in the field of education, both online and offline learning must be developed to be able to carry out maximum learning.
