It is quite ironic that opinions and propagandas often misleading of Third-eye being the exclusive tool to explore and reach higher truth which is really beyond mind pattern, and as a matter of fact Third eye is mind expansion to some level, actually. And thereby, we can say that perceptions taught at this level, will at its best is unfortunately misleading. Mind is the process and step to, while Truth lays beyond mind such is the truth for the mind itself.
Well, we will start the practice for utilizing your heart, keep this truth in mind that there is no single thing that in ability to opposing anything which come out as your heart truth, for heart as the embodiment of love, and Love is the only reason God creates things such as universe. Below are practices you should develop for the above purpose.
1. You are required to have a sense of love and affection for all people. Those who were ever been experiencing, or being really in love, will find this is step is quite effortless. They will just have to recall the memory of being in love to raise compassion and many human best values. But then it is very important to notice that all those positive values are to rise of a pure love, pure love motive, and at your best, genuine love and affection will flow out of your Anahata.
2. This affirmation will help to reach the above purpose :“I intent to channel bright Pink light, ceaselessly, into my Anahata chakra with the bright pink light gleams that has been reinforced in countless times.”
3. As you have made light body practice your daily practice as taught in the previous chapter, then it will be your natural ability to direct your affection to each layer of each chakra in your body. You can feel the pure love and affection flow from Anahata towards all chakras and hence this process cleans all your chakras that it shines even brighter than ever. You will also feel the cool breeze in your body as the result of this practice.
4. Next step would be to direct those love and affections energy into your physical body. Make it so vivid in your mind and feeling that the energy blesses your physical body head to toe perfectly.
5. Remember the teaching that God created nature with and through love, this will make you a practice that your wholeness mind soul and body, should be filled with love and affection energy, to see yourself a god self human.
