"Work from home" is one of the most popular key word searched in the internet. There are hundreds and thousands of website offering this kind of working opportunity. In fact, almost all of online  business opportunities are tagged with this keywords.They offer wide range of job type, from simple data entry, sending email, read email, process email, take survey online, home typing, Ads submission, and may other types of work from home opportunity.

In order to understand more about this kind of job, how it works, and its realibility, we need to look deeper through the concept and reason behind this working opportunity.

First, from the company's point of view. As the global economy is slowing down - if not decreasing, every day more companies are downsizing, moving overseas and outsourcing many of their positions. They do this either to simplify their organization or to decrease expenses so as to keep their company's profit or just to stay in the market. More over, big companies them self are facing a serious challenge toward "Talent Management". They are having difficulties in finding the right candidate to perform their job. And the cost of talent recruitment is getting higher everyday due to Talent Acquisition War. And because of this, a new work opportunity arised: work from home freelancer's needed.What kind of job opportunities do these company offer? And What kind of skills required to get the job?

As I mentionned above, the job opportunity varies among different company and it's depend on their requirement. So, the skills required will be different for each type of the job. However, the basic skills needed is usually typing skills and as long as you understand simple Operating System, i.e. MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), internet and email, you can throw your luck to get the job. But if you have sort of more advance skills, you will likely get a better job offer.

Second, from the people's (freelancer) point of view.  Hundreds of thousands of graduates are comming each year but the industry growth is never enough to absorb this huge number of productive work force causing more competition and jobless people in addition to retired people. These people of course will struggle to earn money to have or maintain a good living and they're willing to do anything to get paid.

Third, the Agency.  It is almost impossible for freelancer to get a job directly from company because they rarely open a freelance job directly to public. They'd rather get an agency to seek a right condidate for them that ease them from the administrative hassle. In this case, an agency will serve as a mediator between the company and the job seeker.

How it Works.
In order to find freelancer, company will need to create a contract agreement or advertise it's job oppotunity with the agency. Agency will then notify it's freelance member or advertise the job opportunity to it's member.  Then the freelancer will bid for the job or just simply receive the job from the agency, depending on the system applied by the agency. The freelancer will only be paid after the job is done and submitted to the company. Again, the payment method is depend on the system used by the agency.
Usually, there's a small fee charged by the agency to job seeker who wants to be its member. This small fee is used to maintain it's business network, induction and basic training for the job seeker. There are also companies that do not charge membership fee but they will charge you for any training program or certification that you'd like to take to be able increase your visibility to  the company.

There are many large agencies from all over the world that provide this opportunity and more and more big companies turning to these agency to provide them with workers, and to fill many openings in this brand new field. This is considered a more non-traditional job, unlike anything you have ever seen and these agencies are totaly different with headhunter and it's not MLM what so ever.
