I've learned many things from songs I love. This time, is about Linkin Park, and the song is "Waiting for the End" from the album "A Thousand Suns" (2010). There is a passage from the whole lyrics which actually encourages me in doing things I love. People around me have known since long ago that i love to write anything about feelings, events, and visions. Linkin Park, as far as i know, is one of the few international band who put this whole thing in their minds. Their lyrics are conveniently uncommon. I always think about things inside out everytime I listen to their songs. Like this one:
"I know what it takes to move on.
I know how it feels to lie. All I wanna do is trade this life for something new
holding on to what i haven't got."
Simple words that has been written from depth of minds and clearance of visuals. This words above has again made me think of looking into myself as a person, who has something to pursue, an people feelings to satisfy. This song makes me think that sometimes everything in the world become easy, and in the other time it all will become very hard to understand. However, doing something correctly is the simple order. Linkin Park, Oh man. They are not just a music bands. They are thinkers, true artists, and good composers. I even dare to say that they beyond all of that. Just like the head of the passage, "I know what it takes to move on" and "holding on what I haven't got". I also know things I have to do to make something happen, and things to put some responsible into. But I've declared my self to move on, no matter what. And that came from options. I know that in this life, things can change several times, and it certainly turn me into something else, things I can understand on apart. Just go ahead. Move on, said Linkin Park.
