On December 27 2021, a monument was officially established at the Sentul Circuit Junction, Bogor Regency by the Regent of Bogor, Ade Yasin. This monument named the Pancakarsa Monument, in philosophically the monument has meaning as a depiction of the noble ideals of the Bogor Regency Government which is arranged into a priority program called Pancakarsa.
Pancakarsa itself has meaning as the five determinations of Bogor Regent Ade Yasin in carrying out his service period from 2018-2023. The five commitments in question are the Smart Bogor Initiative, the Healthy Bogor Initiative, the Advanced Bogor Initiative, the Bogor Initiative to Build, and the Civilized Bogor Initiative.
The purpose of building this monument itself is to break the traffic jams around it and also to add beauty for the capital city. The construction of the Pancakarsa Monument is indeed part of the City Beautification Project in the Cibinong Raya area.
Currently, Tugu Pancakarsa has a fountain whose operating time is adjusted according to the hours and days of the week. Here are the operating hours:
On Monday - Friday, there will be nine pumps to spray water at 07.30 WIB - 09.00 WIB and 19.00 WIB - 21.00 WIB.
On Saturday and Sunday, there will be nine pumps spraying water at 07.30 WIB - 09.30 WIB and 69 pumps spraying water at 19.00 WIB - 20.00 WIB.
The existence of this Pancakarsa Monument makes Bogor Regent, Ade Yasin proud to have established a new icon for Bogor Regency. He also gave a response, "I dedicate this monument to the community, especially residents of the Bogor district," said the regent when giving a speech at the symbolic inauguration of six parks at the Pancakarsa Monument Park.
