The normal to healthy use of phone should be around 3 to 4 hours a day, more than that is not healthy. Nowadays people especially teenager are addicted to phone, even I myself are addicted to phone which cause me to forget to do something that I've supposed to do.

As we all know that phone is now a basic needs, whereas we need phone to do activities such as chatting, learning, buying, etc. This made people always check on their phone at least one every half an hour.

Additionally, we know that playing with your phone while charging or using headset while it is raining is dangerous. The radiation of the phone can channel into your phone which sometimes can make your phone explode.

In conclusion, we should limit the use of phone to 3-4 hour but I think that'd be hard now.
