Odin Hills, nestled in the mountains of Niseko, continues to evolve as a thoughtfully designed alpine residential community. The development is marked by meticulous planning, with all infrastructure for Phases 1, 2, and 3 now completed. Roads, essential utilities, and landscaping have been carefully orchestrated to enhance the natural beauty of the unspoiled alpine surroundings.

At the heart of this community, the Odin Hills Clubhouse is set to open in 2025. Designed by Keiji Ashizawa, one of Japan's leading contemporary architects, the Clubhouse embodies a balance of natural sophistication and functionality. Rooted in Ashizawa's philosophy of "Honest Design," the space incorporates materials that highlight natural beauty while maintaining an understated elegance. The Clubhouse will offer a setting that fosters connection and relaxation, with wellness facilities such as thermal baths, natural onsens, a swimming pool, spa, and gym on the lower level. The upper floor is envisioned as a social and dining space, taking advantage of the surrounding alpine views.

The residential landscape within Odin Hills is undergoing a transformation, with several homes already under construction and many more in the design phase. The architectural direction is led by a distinguished group, including Pritzker Prize-winner Shigeru Ban, Keiji Ashizawa, Ryuya Umezama, and Ryue Nishizawa. Their collective expertise contributes to a community defined by refined aesthetics and architectural mastery.

A residence designed by Shigeru Ban is anticipated for completion in Q2 of 2025, adding to the architectural character of Odin Hills. The collaboration of these renowned architects continues to shape an environment where design excellence and natural harmony converge, reinforcing Odin Hills as a distinctive alpine retreat in Hokkaido.
