ICC's prosecutor make an warrant request for Commander-in chief Myanmar armed forces Min Aung Hlaing as his involvement for the crime against humanity of Rohingya tribe commenced on 25 August and 31 December 2017, Netherland (27/11)
Karim khan, ICC prosecutor, stated "My office has concluded that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Senior General Acting President Min Aung Hlaing bears criminal responsibility for the crimes against humanity of deportation and persecution of the Rohingya".
He argues his request for arrest warrant Min Aung Hlaing is clear enough to say he is one of the person who responsible for the cruelest action for Rohingya community forcing them to fled unwillingly accros many regions in surrounding to seek safer place avoiding prosecution by Myanmar government.
Khan added" Confidence and the steadfast commitment "
He believe that the justice will come for the marginalized community after his request for the ICC, it also rising the ministration from the Rohingya tribe and Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar IIMM in collecting some facts to amplify legal evidence in term to detain Min Aung Hlaing.
In conclusion he said "This application for an arrest warrant for the person who holds the highest military position in Myanmar sends a strong  messages to perpetrators that no one stands above the law.
