in the summit of the future held in new york (22/9), Indonesia stated that multilateral action is a solution for any international problems as it has more actors to involve and cooperate within international issues nevertheless the action currently is very exclusive means developed countries oftenly pursue their own interest rather than help the others in multilateral cooperation agenda especially for the developing country.

Retno marsuidi said"The gap must be bridged so that no country is left behind".

The developed country use its power to utilize the weaknesses of developing country to apply the policy such as debt trap and Trade Discrimination. eventhough there are the regulation of free trade in the multilateral institution such as World Trade Organization, they disobedient it.

In the field of international law, the logic is not like the national law which the maker of it is the government. International law is made from states that has equally standing position. International law needs a common understanding to obey it, and no country is able to command others. theoritically states are equals, however with power the staes are not equal where the states who have higher power such as (Economy, politics, military, and so on) can control and take order according their own interests.

Indonesia invites states to obey the international law without double standards, reforming multilateral mechanism to listen the majorities, and the willingness of states who has power to maintain peace and security for the sake of the world.

Retno added" the reform of the mulitlateral system that listens to the voices and concerns of developing countries and We must work together to realise peace, prosperity, and justice for future generations".
