Because based on Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution every person has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to live and to have a good and healthy environment and to have health services.
Therefore, every rule that is regulated in relation to investment should obey the constitution and not obey investors because investment is not a reason to put aside the fundamental rights that every human being has.
