He doesn't always go to school.

Hanya untuk "always", untuk adverb of Frequency selain always rumusnya menjadi

          S + Adverb of Frequency + Do Not/Does Not + V1 +O.    

Tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan juga Usually, normally, sometimes, and occasionally can also come in the front or end of a sentence, or before don't.

Examples:
* You don't always check your homework
*I don't usually watch TV;
* Occasionally, the car brakes don't work.
* The explorers never shave while they are on an expedition.

Bad English: I don't never smoke.
Good English: I don't smoke. Or, I never smoke.
